Order Processing

• All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
• Orders are processed from Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
• Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email or SMS with tracking details.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across India.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery times are:

• Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
• Other Cities & Towns: 5–7 business days
• Remote Locations: 7–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

• Free Shipping on eligible orders as displayed during checkout.
• For orders below the free shipping threshold, shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment through our courier partner's website.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make multiple delivery attempts. If the package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or refusal to accept the package, it may be returned to us.

Additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipping returned orders.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate when placing your order.

Rising Toddlers is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Delayed Shipments

While we strive to deliver every order on time, delays may occasionally occur due to:

• High order volumes
• Weather conditions
• Natural disasters
• Courier service disruptions
• Government restrictions or public holidays

We appreciate your patience in such situations.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery date for lost shipments).

We will coordinate with the courier partner to investigate the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.

Refund & Return Policy – Rising Toddlers

At Rising Toddlers, we strive to provide high-quality baby and toddler clothing. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of the product being delivered.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
• All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact.
• A valid proof of purchase or order ID is required.
• Products that show signs of use, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Products purchased during clearance or special sale events (unless received damaged or defective).
• Used, washed, or damaged products.
• Gift cards or promotional items.
• Products without original tags or packaging.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

• Order ID
• Photos of the product
• Photos of the packaging

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or process a full refund at no additional cost.

Refunds

After your returned item is received and inspected:

• You will be notified regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
• Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the amount to reflect in your account.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges only for:

• Damaged or defective products.
• Incorrect items received.

If you need a different size or color, please contact our support team. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
• Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
• Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Return Shipping

• If the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective product), we will bear the return shipping cost.
• For all other eligible returns, return shipping charges may be borne by the customer unless otherwise stated.
